I am proficient at help all around the house, but cooking is my true passion. I have worked with expats in the French and English speaking community all around New Delhi.
Cooking: North Indian, Chinese, South Indian and can pick up nearly anything with a recipe.
Here are some of my specialties:
North Indian: Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Fry, Chicken Tikka, Mutton Tikka, Fish Fry
South Indian: Dosa, Idle Vada Samber, Payasam, Onion Dosa, Rava Dosa, Dal Vada
Chinese: Vegetable and Chicken Chow Mein, Singapore Noodles, Manchurian Noodles, Fried Rice Soups
Western Foods: Omelette's, Mac and Cheese, any recipe you can give me
Cleaning: I have experience as a housekeeper and understand western standards of cleanliness.
Errands: I grew up in Delhi, and aside from a short stint in the south for university I have lived here all my life. I know the best places in town for Western and Indian needs and I have handled small amounts of money for my past clients keeping a running balance with receipts. I know this will make your life easier, which is my number one goal.
Art: I am an aspiring artist and have displayed much of my work in the Hauz Kaus neighborhood.
Background: I am family man supporting my wife and 2 children. I am a devout Christian and I attend church regularly.
